Halloween Tournament - Fall 2023

Date: Saturday, October 28th - from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM 
Location: East River Park Fields
Cost: $450 per team for up to 15 players* / $30 for Free Agent Individual registration

Join us for a spooky-filled fun day with a Coed Softball Tournament and our fantastic Pet Costume Contest! It's the only day of the year that you and your fur baby can both win a chip! A portion of the proceeds will go towards Pawsome Squad Rescue.

Tournament Info:

  • Coed Softball - no less than 3 women on the field.
  • Guaranteed - 3 games; the top 4 teams in the standings move forward to the Playoffs.
  • Pitching type: Lob pitch (no flat or high arc pitching)
  • ASA rules, but all association bats are allowed. League officials are allowed to alter this decision on game day.
  • Balls, bases, & umpire fees are included.
  • NO REFUNDS - this is a fundraiser. All proceeds will be donated to charity.

  • What's included in the fee?: 3 guaranteed games. Balls, bases and ump fees.
  • Where are the games played?: All games will be played in East River Park Fields. Games will run from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • What association bats are allowed?: All association bats are allowed.
  • What type of pitching?: Lob Pitch
  • Mandatory to have a catcher's mask?: Yes
  • How many men and women on the field?: No more than 7 men and 3 women can play a position on the field.
  • Are there refunds?: No. Rain or shine, we will play. If it gets canceled, all donations will be submitted to the fundraiser’s cause.
